Mi Tradicion - Gahanna: A Tex-Mex Culinary Oasis Awaits

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We came in for my daughter's birthday and when I mentioned it was her birthday they kindly told her happy birthday which she was happy about. The nachos were so huge. Probably could feed three. The shrimp poblano queso is so great. Get the Mexican brownie!! Even if it's not your birthday lol. It's served warm and is just delicious. Overall the portions here are amazing and the customer service is great. I'll absolutely return!

Columbus Hispanics doing it! All Hispanic staff assures it's authentic combined with a huge menu, 1000 items at least (LOL). Chips are average and salsa is water thick and mild ( I prefer chunky with some fire). The portions are huge and delicious. I had shrimp chimichanga, excellent. Client had the Mi Tradicion fajita, wow so much meat and he loved it. It's 10 minutes from the airport, clean and staff is super nice. Add in full bar, great prices, huge selection and taste...this is one to visit.

**MUST GO!!!!! This place is just AMAZING!! Every dish you get is always cooked perfectly, delicious, and comes fairly quickly. The atmosphere is very “traditional” and the music makes you feel like you’re down south! There is plenty of parking and a lot of room for parties of two or twenty. I have never had anything bad, and always try something different never leaving me disappointed. A must try if you’re looking for authentic, plentiful, Mexican cuisine.

Me and my wife go here every year in August for our wedding anniversary. Mexican food and Chinese food are my two favorites and Mexican food is her favorite, we tried this one and it was our favorite we've gone to others but this one is our favorite. The people that work here are the nicest!

Exceeded my expectations. For different hot sauces on the table. Guacamole was a but chunky with things stick as hot peppers (only a few), onions, and similar. I liked it. The vegetables with the steak on rice were perfect. This is a Pepsi place.

Came here for a quick bite. They had a good lunch menu with great sizes and prices. The dining room was large, lovely, and colorful. Their bar and event room were also great. They also had happy hour deals and live music. Service was great. Free chips and salsa were mediocre. WiFi was not available. My shrimp taco was juicy and creamy with good sauce and lettuce.

Walking into this restaurant is like stepping into a Mexican fiesta. Bright colorful decor with upbeat music and vibe. Our server, who I think was the manager, seated us quickly and was super friendly and attentive throughout the meal. There is a long bar in one room where a couple locals were dining while watching a game. They also have a back room for larger parties and an outdoor patio. We ordered the beef enchilada, chile relleno combo, and also the chimichanga dinner. Both were very well prepared, and the sauces were definitely not store bought. We asked the manager and he did say that they make their sauces in house. I love that, especially since they were really good and had a deeper spice flavor than other places.

Crazy atmosphere. The place was packed. Drive thru was non stop. We were there with 20 other people and they arranged tables to accommodate. Food was amazing. Chips and salsa were filled/refilled. Pina colada margaritas were chosen. Staff were insanely busy, but kept an eye out for our needs. I'd go back for sure.
